Boing Terms
Last updated:
Boing: Jelly Hop ("Boing") is a casual mobile game provided by Dune Labs for entertainment.
License to use Boing
Use of Boing downloaded through the Apple App Store is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA").
The Standard EULA contains the full license terms, including permitted use, restrictions, termination, warranties, and liability provisions. This page provides information about Boing and does not replace or modify that agreement. Your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
Gameplay and saved progress
The current version of Boing works offline and does not require an account. It does not include advertising, in-app purchases, or an online leaderboard.
Your best score and preferences are stored on your device. Dune Labs does not keep an online copy of your progress. Deleting the app or losing access to its local data may remove your saved progress and settings. Device backups may restore them, depending on your device and backup settings.
Privacy
Information about local storage and optional support communications is provided in the Boing Privacy Policy.
Updates and third-party materials
Boing may receive updates that fix problems or change features. The terms applicable to updates are set out in the Standard EULA.
Third-party materials included with Boing remain subject to their applicable licenses. Required notices are included with the app.
